jakers2693 Great work! I purchased this and included a couple tracks of it in a playthrough video of Ed Findlay's (Retrogamer3 on YouTube) remake of the game. I made sure both the original composer and yourself appear in the video's credits and left the link for your BC in the description box. Keep up the great work!

about

Happy Friday the 13th! Here is the complete, entire soundtrack arranged for piano from the infamously infuriatingly difficult NES game - Friday the 13th. The first song, "Cabin," uses a technique I developed during my college years to emulate the sound of a delay pedal. There are no effects or added reverb on the piano here. To achieve this effect, the main melody is played on top of itself a dotted 8th-note later and at a quieter dynamic. I hope you enjoy it!

about

88bit Cleveland, Ohio

88bit is the alter ego of Cleveland-based pianist, Rob Kovacs, where he performs note-for-note piano arrangements of classic video game soundtracks from the original Nintendo Entertainment System. Kovacs’ performances are unique in that they recreate early electronic music that was never intended to be performed by humans, stretching the limits of traditional piano playing.
